Common Changes After First Shift
Peace
Ability to access a sense of peace and wellbeing whenever you pause and look for it.
Cognition
Reduced mental chatter, less self-referential thoughts (e.g. self-doubt, self-criticism, etc.), more anchored in the present.
Emotions
Much more peaceful/neutral baseline, or more “positive” emotions. Less reactive.
Embodiment
Feeling more grounded and rooted in the body. Body can feel heavier or lighter, more spacious, or depersonal.
Vision
Increased sense of details, textures, and connection to objects.
Flow
Easier access to intuition and flow states. Increased focus on what matters and less of an impulse to seek distractions.
