Rewire Your Nervous System—Return To Deep Safety, Stability & Peace
Trauma and anxiety keep your nervous system stuck in survival mode—Guided Shifting helps you reset it, so you can feel safe, grounded, and at peace again.

“Without a doubt, this has been the most impactful thing I’ve done for myself.”
From the very first session, I felt an immediate and powerful shift. As the process continued, the changes became more subtle, and it took me a while to fully recognize just how much had shifted. One of the biggest realizations was that my ongoing negative inner dialogue had mostly disappeared—I hadn’t even noticed its absence at first, but when I did, it was a profound moment.
I feel much more at ease in social situations, with a greater ability to understand others on a deeper level. I’ve also noticed a significant reduction in impulsive behaviors, especially around food—binging on snacks is no longer a default reaction for me. Even moments of idle downtime, which used to feel restless or unproductive, are now genuinely enjoyable.
The structure of the program is incredibly well thought out and easy to follow, making it both accessible and deeply effective. Without a doubt, this has been the most impactful thing I’ve done for myself.

Anxiety, Trauma, and Triggers Aren’t Just Mental—They’re Wired Into Your Nervous System
When you’ve experienced trauma, chronic anxiety, or PTSD, your nervous system doesn’t just move on—it stays in high alert, reacting to stress long after the danger is gone.
You feel on edge, even when things are okay.
Your body holds tension, and relaxation feels impossible.
Overthinking, intrusive thoughts, or emotional overwhelm keep you stuck.
Even after therapy or self-work, triggers still hijack your emotions.
It’s not just in your mind—your nervous system is wired to stay in defense mode.
But what if your system could be rewired for deep safety and calm—permanently?
A Safe, Gentle Way to Rewire the Nervous System
Healing isn’t about forcing yourself to feel safe—it’s about teaching your nervous system that it’s safe.
Guided Shifting is a science-backed process that gently rewires trauma responses, helping your body and mind shift out of survival mode and into deep, lasting peace.
Here’s how it works:
✔ Each session lasts about an hour, feels like a deep guided meditation and guides you through 1-3 shifts.
✔ Every shift gently recalibrates your nervous system, dissolving old stress patterns and mental noise.
✔ The process moves through six phases, each unlocking a deeper level of transformation.
✔ Most people complete the full journey in about 15 sessions—but you move at your own pace.
This isn’t just about managing triggers—it’s about dissolving them at the source.

The 6 Phases of Guided Shifting: From Hypervigilance & Anxiety to Deep Safety & Emotional Freedom
-
Phase 1: Peace
Sense of peace emerges. Mental chatter and self-doubt reduces. Emotions settle into a neutral or positive baseline with less reactivity. Reduced sense of separation.
-
Phase 2: Vision
Colors, textures and visual details become more vivid. Reduced sense of visual separation.
-
Phase 3: Time
Past, present and future start to feel less separate from one another.
-
Phase 4: Reality
Reality itself feels more dream-like, as though what’s being directly experienced right now is the entire universe.
-
Phase 5: Paradox
Reality and embodiment fully return in ways that feel paradoxical, where reality and unreality coexist.
-
Phase 6: Integration
Sense of peace is persistent and permeates all aspects of experience. Simultaneous access to multiple layers of reality, including pervasive emptiness and fullness.
What Users Are Saying
Who This Is For
No meditation experience required. Guided Shifting is easy for anyone to follow. You don’t need any background in meditation, awakening, or teachings in spirituality.
You want more peace, presence and flow in life. Guided Shifting naturally dissolves the main barriers to living in this state of persistent flow.
You’re interested in inner healing and growth. While Guided Shifting is not a complete replacement for effective therapy and coaching, it drastically accelerates your healing and growth journey.
Who This Is Not For
You want to escape life. Guided Shifting doesn’t merge you into the cosmic soup. By shifting your system to deeper levels of safety in each session, it becomes safer for you to feel more connected to embodied reality.
You want to be high on bliss 100% of the time. While it’s common for people to feel high after a Guided Shifting session, especially the first few sessions, your body integrates this new way of being and it starts to feel normal.
You are not ready to heal your trauma. Similar to how trauma can spontaneously arise and release when the body feels safe during a psychedelic trip, Guided Shifting can make your body feel safe enough to express and release repressed trauma.
You are not currently psychologically stable and are unable to receive support. Please seek out professional support and stabilize before pursuing Guided Shifting.

Meet Your Guide
Hello! I’m Jason Soll, and I’ll be your guide through the shifting journey. It’s nice to meet you.
Over the last few years, I’ve been an executive coach and have supported the healing and growth of hundreds of leaders. I’ve always been searching for deeper, better ways to serve my clients, and in 2024 I discovered Guided Shifting: a way to shift your body’s baseline level of safety that it simply lives from all the time. It’s built on some breakthrough research over the last decade that I’ve linked to in the Scientific Foundations and Attributions section below, and when I experienced my first shifts, life instantly changed.
Guided Shifting is like the opposite of trauma. Our bodies and minds are brilliant and adaptive, so when we experience a traumatic event, our nervous systems essentially learn “oh no, I’m not as safe as I thought I was” and, upon experiencing this, our brains add new defense patterns, beliefs, and mechanisms to avoid encountering a similar event in the future. In shifting sessions, the opposite process is activated: your nervous system essentially learns “oh, I’m even safer than I thought I was” and, upon experiencing this, the brain deactivates some defensive patterns and mechanisms that aren’t needed anymore. These changes accumulate with each shifting session you complete.
This is the best way I’ve seen to effortlessly live a more peaceful, present, and courageous life. Things don’t trigger you like they used to before. It gets easier to express emotions cleanly and promptly instead of getting stuck in moods that can last hours, days, weeks, or longer that can lead to chronic health conditions. And it gets easy to transition from being super productive at work or at home to being deeply relaxed, as if you’re suddenly one week into a long vacation.
Ultimately, the true measure of success for Guided Shifting is not how you feel during or right after a shifting session, but whether delightful changes are showing up throughout your life. That’s why you also receive guided reflection forms that help you discover the changes you’re seeing throughout your life. Even as these incredible changes unfold after each shift, life eventually feels perfectly normal again. Extraordinary feels ordinary when it’s the water you’re swimming in.
The development of this experience, and our understanding of the underlying science, is an ongoing project. Therefore, any feedback you can share along the way would be extraordinarily helpful and generous. Thank you so much, and I hope I get to guide you on this extraordinary journey!
Scientific Foundations and Attributions
Guided Shifting is made possible by a variety of recent contributions to the fields of consciousness, therapy, coaching, and leadership development.
NOTE: the science of all of this continues to evolve.
Dr. Jeffery Martin’s research into Fundamental Wellbeing: website
Having spent over a decade researching thousands of individuals, Dr. Martin has published the best research in this field to date. His research revealed the neurophysiological changes that commonly occur with each shift, the longevity and durability of changes, the underlying mechanisms of the shifting process, and insights into effective integration.

This technique made it possible to guide people through these shifts into deeper levels of safety quickly and easily in 1-on-1 sessions, and their research added new insights into the neurophysiological changes that occur later in the shifting journey.
